Ferro’s Acquires Dip Tech Ltd. for First Acquisition in Israel

Our firm acted for US public company Ferro Corporation (NYSE: FOE), as Israeli counsel, on its USD 80 million cross-border acquisition of Israeli private company, Dip Tech Ltd. This was Ferro’s first acquisition in Israel. Ferro is a pioneer in various technologies in the ceramics, electronics, glass and pigments markets and the acquisition will give it access to the growing and innovative digital glass printing market.
