Cohen & Gresser opened its Seoul office in 2012 after becoming the third U.S. law firm to be approved by the Korean Ministry of Justice to open an office in Korea. The Korean office focuses on international arbitration, cross-border litigation, products liability, intellectual property (including patent litigation), and international business transactions (including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital investments, and joint ventures).
The firm opened its Paris office in early 2014 to serve its existing European clients and grow its practice in France and elsewhere in Europe, particularly in the areas of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, international litigation and arbitration, and employment and labor law.
