With more than 2,500 lawyers around the world in 43 different offices, Greenberg Traurig has dramatically bolstered its corporate and capital markets practices, with the addition of McDermott Will & Emery’s Israel practice.
While it is obviously common to see lateral partner moves in the legal industry, it is more uncommon to see a whole Israel practice migrate from one firm to another.
Mark Selinger and Eyal Peled join as shareholders in New York, while Gary Emmanuel and David Huberman, join as shareholders in Tel Aviv, along with their collective team of associates.
