Tzomet Energy Prevailed in a Hearing before the Supreme Court
Tzomet Energy, represented by our firm, prevailed in a hearing before the Supreme Court regarding a petition filed by the Municipality of Kiryat Gat against it and against the National Committee for Planning and Construction of National Infrastructures. The hearing resulted in the petitioners withdrawing their petition, at the court’s recommendation, which removed a significant obstacle in the way of the construction of a power plant by Tzomet Energy, a project valued at hundreds of millions of shekels. Tzomet Energy was represented by Yechiel Kasher, Head of our firm’s litigation practice group, together with Assaf Priel, partner in our litigation practice group and Shoam Keren, Head of the Zoning practice within our Real Estate practice group.
