UPS Leases its Largest Logistics Center in Israel

EBN represented UPS in a leasing transaction for its largest logistics center in Israel, at a cost of NIS 100 million over a ten year period. The logistics center is being built for UPS in the Ligad Industrial Zone in Modi’in, on an area of 33,000 square meters owned by Sheinfeld Ltd. Adv.
