Sirius Acquires Shares of The Phoenix Holdings

EBN represented the insurance company Sirius, in the acquisition of shares of The Phoenix Holdings, from its controlling shareholder Delek Holdings. The transaction valued The Phoenix Holdings at NIS 4.8 billion and included an initial acquisition of 4.9% of Phoenix and an option to purchase Delek’s remaining shares (47.4%), following a due diligence examination.
