Yigal Arnon & Co. Receives the “Deal of the Year” Award for 2017 by China Business Law Journal
Yigal Arnon & Co. is proud to receive the “Deal of the Year” award for 2017 by China Business Law Journal for the IPO of Sisram Medical Ltd., a medical technologies company held by Fosun International. Advocates Simon Weintraub & Daniel Green, Co-heads of the firm’s China Practice, served as Israeli counsel to China International Capital Corporation and Jeffries Hong Kong Limited, the Joint Sponsors in the IPO of Sisram Medical, for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Sisram Medical raised HK $689 million in this offering, which was the first-ever IPO of an Israeli company on the HKSE. As part of this representation, the firm was also involved in the process by which the State of Israel was designated as an “approved jurisdiction” by the HKSE.
