Over US USD8 Billion raised by Israeli companies in 2020 on public markets

A third of the funds was raised on the NYSE and NASDAQ, with the rest raised on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
Among the group of companies are Greenberg Traurig clients Ayala Pharmaceuticals Inc. whose U.S. labor & employment matters are handled by Tel Aviv Shareholder Meira Ferziger, and PolyPid Ltd., whose Intellectual Property matters are handled by Israel Practice Shareholder and Co-Chair of GT’s Global Patent Prosecution Group, Barry Schindler.
