Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP) acts for Israel’s Artlist in digital content acquisition

Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (“BCLP”) has advised Israeli client Artlist, the industry-leading digital content licensing provider, on its USD 65 million acquisition of US-based digital asset marketplace platform Motion Array.

The acquisition allows Artlist to expand its digital stock media portfolio for video creators. Through this purchase, Artlist will reach more than 6 million users worldwide and grow its catalog by more than half a million digital stock assets.

New York Partner Tara Newell led the transaction, along with Corporate team members Renée Frost (New York), Nick Bedo (Atlanta) and paralegal Holly Berger.
