Technology Company Digital Turbine set to acquire Fyber for USD 600 million

A multi-office team at Greenberg Traurig has advised Texas-headquartered tech company Digital Turbine on the purchase agreement to acquire Israel’s Fyber for USD 600 million.
Fyber is a developer of a monetization platform for software applications.
Cooperating on the transaction are Greenberg Traurig teams in Germany, Netherlands, Israel and the U.S.
