Herzog advised Plus500 on its agreement to acquire Cunningham Commodities, a regulated futures commission merchant, and Cunningham Trading Systems, a technology trading platform provider operating in the futures and options on futures market in the U.S.
The acquisition makes its foray into the U.S. futures and options market – another step in the company’s transition towards becoming a global multi-asset fintech group.
