Global investment management firm BlackRock leads USD 100 million investment in Israeli cyber security company Deep Instinct.

Gornitzky & Co. advised BlackRock, one of the leading and largest investment management firms, in its investment in Deep Instinct.
Deep Instinct is an Israeli cyber security company which develops solutions in the field of defensive cyber, including a platform for preventing threats through Deep Learning.
Other participating investors include Paul Tudor Jones’s Tudor Group, Neeraj Chandra’s Untitled Investments and 23andme co-founder Anne Wojcicki.
Blackrock was represented by partners Elite Elkon and Alon Peled, together with associates Dan Fisher, David Chester, Rafael Shafransky and Tamar Sacerdoti.
