Apex Group acquires Israeli fund services provider

Global financial services provider, Apax Group, has acquired Tzur Management (Tzur), a fund administration services provider. This strategic deal further enhances Apex’s geographic reach and ability to deliver high quality services to clients globally, on a local basis.
Tzur Management is represented by Tadmor Levy’s co-head of M&A, Yaniv Aronowich, together with associate, Yarden Navry. Gross Law Firm and Willkie Farr and Gallagher provided legal counsel to Apex.
