Yigal Arnon & Co. represented Shapir Engineering and Industry Ltd. in a deal to acquire an engineering company, Lipsker & CO. Engineering Services (1975) Ltd. The sum is estimated to be about NIS 32 million.

The team included David Schapiro, Eliran Furman and Lior Cohen Goldstein. Lipsker were represented by Barnea, Jaffa, Lande.
