Econergy Renewable Energy Ltd. has completed its IPO on the TASE, attracting NIS 150 million in investment, representing a value of NIS 1 billion.

Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano & Co. With Hamburger Evron acted on the deal – the largest listing in the renewable energy sector and one of the most significant listings in Israel in 2021. The firm’s Capital Markets team advised on the listing – led by Department head, Moty Yamin, together with attorneys Meni Kogan and Ofir Saada.
