Elbit Systems completes public offering of notes on the TASE – NIS 1.9 billion

Elbit Systems has completed one of the largest private raisings ever of a public company in Israel: The defense systems technology manufacturer raised NIS 1.9 billion in bonds from local sources, raising NIS 3.5 billion in demand.
Herzog Fox & Neeman advised on the listing, with integral roles played by Niv Sivan, Ron Ben-Menachem, Elina Shechter, Oren Halfon, and Shira Knebel.
