Outbrain completes IPO on NASDAQ

Outbrain has completed its IPO on NASDAQ, becoming a member of the dream team of hi-tech companies traded in the U.S.
Outbrain, which provides recommended web links at the bottom of news stories, raised USD 160 million at a USD 1.25 Billion valuation in its initial public offering today.
The Meitar team advising Outbrain included Dan Shamgar, Talya Gerstler, Dr. Michael Bricker, Vered Lapushin and Neta Brenner.
Outbrain made five acquisitions over the years to get where it is today. The company has 300 people in two research and development centers in Israel and Slovenia, with 900 employees worldwide.
