Israeli auto-tech company UVeye raises USD 60 million at almost USD 1 billion valuation

Israeli developer of automated vehicle inspection technology UVeye, completed a USD 60 million series C round of fundraising, backed by investors from Israel and the U.S.

The Company specializes in vehicle automated external scanning, using dedicated AI-based hardware, to quickly detect mechanical malfunctions without the need for lengthy physical inspection.

Yigal Arnon has acted as legal advisor to UVeye.

The team working on the deal were Partner Peter Sugarman and Attorney Avia Itzkovich.
