Israel’s leading online fashion retailer completes record-breaking IPO

TERMINAL X has completed its IPO on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, in yet another record-breaking transaction.
A subsidiary of Fox-Wiesel, Terminal X is Israel’s leading online fashion retailer, engaging in the import, marketing, and sale of fashion and lifestyle products.
The company raised NIS 281 million at a pre-money valuation of NIS 1.3 billion from Israeli and international investors.
The Herzog team was led by partners, Nir Dash and Ron Ben-Menachem, with associates Yotam Kleiman, Mohammad Mawasi, Nahum Mittelman, and Fanny Elgrably. This IPO is Herzog’s fourth IPO in the last two months, with an issuer pre-money valuation in excess of NIS 1 billion.
U.S. law firm Cleary Gottlieb also assisted with this offering.
