US fintech leader, Brex has acquired Weav in a key M&A transaction in the vibrant fintech sector.
Weav enables applications to access their business customers’ real time, standardized commerce data using a single API and is now being acquired, less than two years since its incorporation!
Having represented Weav since its early stages, Meitar accompanied the Israeli start-up through its exciting milestone, with the team comprising Mike Rimon, Ran Camchy, Dr. Michael Bricker,Ori Kaufman, and Lilach Gur. US giant, Paul Hastings acted for Brex in this cross-border M&A deal.
