Motorola Solutions sells Agent Video Intelligence, a Motorola portfolio company to Irisity AB, a Swedish video analytics company traded on NASDAQ. Agent VI has developed smart systems for identifying irregularities using video camera at airports, power stations, college campuses, smart cities and more.

Motorola was represented by Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano & Co. with Hamburger Evron M&A partners Roy Caner and Irina (Iris) Kushel.
