Arbe Robotics lists on NASDAQ as SPAC merger completed

Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano & Co. With Hamburger Evron and DLA Piper have acted for Israeli 4D imaging radar solutions for smart cars developer, Arbe Robotics Ltd. in its successful de-SPAC merger with Industrial Tech Acquisitions, Inc. and its listing on the NASDAQ.
Arbe was represented by EBN partners Shay Dayan and Lior Etgar, along with attorneys Bar Fenster, Shmarya Green, and Ofir Saada. The DLA Piper transaction team was led by Jeremy Lustman and Jon Venick.
According to IVC, Arbe Robotics has raised USD 54.5 million in five financing rounds from investors including iAngels, OurCrowd, Catalyst CEL and O.G. Tech.
