Space-Communication Ltd. sells 51% of its share capital to a subsidiary of 4iG Plc., a public IT and telecoms company from Hungary

Space-Communication Ltd. has sold 51% of its share capital to a subsidiary of 4iG Plc., a leading Hungarian IT and telecommunication company whose shares are traded on the Budapest Stock Exchange.

The sale was completed in consideration for NIS 221 million.

Listed on the TASE, Space-Communication is a satellite communication service provider with customers located in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. The company owns and operates the AMOS satellite fleet.

Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano & Co. with Hamburger Evron represented Space-Communication in the transaction carried out by Doni Toledano, Shay Dayan and Alon Abramovich of the M&A Department, Moty Yamin, Hagar Guri-Greenboim and Meni Kogan of the Capital Markets Department, Raanan Kalir of the Restructuring & Insolvency Department.
