Income producing property company, Bayside Land Corp sold for NIS 3.1 Billion

A huge real estate deal – one of the largest private transactions on the TASE, at NIS 3.1billion, has been signed, as Equity Finance, owned by businessman Aharon Frankel, sold a 37.2% stake of Bayside Land Corp. (Gav Yam) to Discount Investment Group’s Property & Building Corp.
Eitan Shmueli, Zuriel (Zuri) Lavie and Ido Zborof of Lipa Meir & Co. represented Equity Finance, together with Shirel Guttman-Amira from Agmon & Co, Rosenberg Hacohen & Co., while Esther Koren from Gross Law Firm (GKH) acted for Property & Building Corp.
