IEC sells East Hagit power station in consideration for NIS 1.6 billion

After “Alon Tavor” and “Ramat Hovav”, the IEC sold “East Hagit” power station to the Shikun & Binui-Edeltech consortium in consideration for NIS 1.6 billion.

The tender process was led by S. Horowitz‘s Litigation/Tenders Practice Groups, partner, Lior Mimon, together with associates Lina Makhuli and Or Schaffer.
