Two IPOs for More Provident Funds and Grace Breeding

More Provident Funds Ltd. has completed its IPO on the TASE, at a pre-IPO company valuation of NIS 600 million, while agrotech company Grace Breeding has completed its own IPO on TASE, raising NIS 16.8 million, at a post-money market valuation of NIS 96 million.

Gross Law advised on both IPOs, with Ofer Hanoh, Yigal Binyamini, Amit Grinberger Niddam and Yonatan Nagar advising More Provident Funds, and Adva Bitan, David Olstein and Luna Suleiman accompanying Grace Breeding.
