Keystone Reit invests in Spanish electric vehicles company

Keystone Reit has invested in and bought shares of a Spanish company in the lucrative electric vehicles field.
Gornitzky & Co. represented Keystone Reit in the investment of up to €26.5 million in Spanish company – Eranovum e-Mobility, SL – which sets up charging stations for electric vehicles in Spain.
Keystone Reit is a tradable infrastructure investment fund, established in 2019. Since its foundation, Keystone has raised over NIS 900 million, and has carried investments in an overall scope of approximately NIS 1.2 billion. Keystone is a publicly traded company listed in the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
