Fischer (FBC & Co.) welcomes senior figures from EMS law firm
Fischer (FBC & Co.) will welcome the arrival of Adv. Yaron Mehulel and a team of six senior partners and lawyers specializing in a wide range of areas of practice, including taxes, family capital management, commercial law, real estate and more.
The team, which will join from April 2022, comprises:
Adv. Yaron Mehulel, who served as a founding partner in Eitan Mehulel Sdot (“EMS”), with a significant reputation built during a career of more than 30 years in the fields of taxation, family capital management and commercial law. Adv. (CPA) Noa Lev Goldstein headed the Tax department at EMS and has represented her clients in several precedent-setting rulings published in recent years, while Adv. Noam Weiss headed the Real Estate division at EMS and has over the years represented the firm’s clients in a series of complex and large-scale transactions.
The partners are also joined by Adv. Natalie Davidai, who specializes in commercial law, taxes, family fortune management and philanthropy, and Adv. Adam Kadesh, who specializes in taxes; Also joining are senior attorneys Etty Shai and Maayan Invener who specialize in real estate, commercial law and family capital management.
