OcceaNow consortium has submitted its bid to buy Haifa Port Company

The OcceaNow consortium, comprising Samit Group, Haifa Marine and OcceaNow, has submitted its bid for the acquisition of Haifa Port Company Ltd., as part of Haifa port’s privatization process.
Five international groups are participating in this complicated competitive process run by Government Companies Authority which has been up and running for more than two years.
Amnon Epstein, founder and head of ERM’s Energy & Infrastructure practice, acted for the OcceaNow consortium together with associates Yoav Hertman and Noa Gliksman.
