S. Friedman and Ephraim Abramson & Co. have announced they will merge

The merged firm will comprise 118 lawyers. This is part of ongoing trend among law firms in general and Israeli law firms in particular. Founded 80 years ago, the 80-strong S. Friedman will officially merge with 38-lawyer Ephraim Abramson from July 1st.
