Tremor International is to buy adtech firm Amobee for USD 239 million

Nasdaq-listed Tremor International Ltd., a global leader in video, data and connected TV advertising, announced the acquisition of California-based marketing technology unit Amobee Inc. from Singapore-based Singtel for USD 239 million.

According to reports, Tremor is buying Amobee to add capabilities including the ability to plan ad campaigns across traditional TV and digital channels in the same platform.

Naschitz, Brandes, Amir & Co. (NBA) assisted Tremor in this milestone transaction, together with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman and Osborne Clarke Singapore.

The NBA M&A team was led by partners Tuvia Geffen and Anat Igner, together with associates Sharon Gold, Sacha Borenstein, Tal Slabbaert, Aaron Churney, Salomé Spitz Mouchnino, and Haim Ifergan.

The Pillsbury team, led by Silicon Valley Corporate partners Christina Pearson and Jim Masetti, advised Tremor International Ltd.
