Bank Leumi has issued international senior notes amounting to USD 500 million – the first ever international offering of senior notes by an Israeli bank.

Herzog Fox & Neeman represented Bank Leumi in the offering, led by partners, Ron Ben-Menachem (Capital Markets), Nir Dash (Capital Markets), Irit Roth (Banking), and Dr. Ehab Farah (Tax), along with associates Mohammad Mawasi, Oren Halfon, Gal Zini, and intern Maya Mazaltov.
