ARGIS invested NIS 500 million in a building in Bilbao, Spain

ARGIS has invested approximately NIS 500 million in an office building in Bilbao, Spain, through a dedicated SPV held 49% by Meitav Investment House.

Herzog‘s fund team has accompanied ARGIS and its ARGIS Opportunity fund that invests in real estate in Spain. Attorney Gal Sasson leads the formation of the SPV and the negotiations with Meitav.
