Israeli short-term rental platform Guesty raises USD 170 million

Israeli property management platform Guesty has announced the completion of a USD170 million Series E financing round. The round was led by the Apax Digital Funds, MSD Partners and Sixth Street Growth, with participation of previous investors Viola Growth and Flashpoint.
Focused on the short-term rental and hospitality industry, Guesty’s solution enables hospitality providers of all sizes and accommodation types with an all-encompassing platform to optimize and scale operations, among many other things. Founded in 2013, the company will use the new funds to expand the company’s global operations to meet increasing demand.
EBN advised Guesty, with the transaction led by partners Roy Caner and Jonathan Achiron, as well as Shmaryahu Green, and Amit Horovitz, from EBN’s Hi-Tech, Corporate and M&A Department, with the assistance of Eyal Birenberg on labor issues and Lior Etgar on Privacy. Weil Gotshal & Manges advised Apax Digital Funds, which co-led the financing round.
