Israeli DriveNets secures USD 262 million at over USD 1 billion valuation

DriveNets, the Israeli cloud-native networking solutions, announced its USD 262 million Series C funding round. The latest round considerably increased its valuation to over USD 2.5 billion, according to various market sources.

The round was led by D2 Investments with the participation of DriveNets’ current investors, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Pitango, D1 Capital, Atreides Management, and Harel Insurance Investments & Financial Services.

The Meitar team representing DriveNets included Ori Kaufman, Sim Koevary and Amit Genez.
