Veridis to buy Infinya from FIMI for NIS 2.35 billion

Delek Auto’s sustainability unit Veridis is in talks to acquire Infinya, formerly called Hadera Paper, from FIMI for NIS 2.35 billion.

According to Israeli financial newspaper Globes, FIMI, controlled by Ishay Davidi, acquired Hadera Paper as it was then called in 2014. The company has undergone a major transition from reporting annual losses of NIS 150 million and a debt of NIS 1.2 billion.

Agmon & Co., Rosenberg Hacohen & Co.‘s Uri Rosenberg, Ran Shalom, Liraz Kahana and Dan Adar are representing the buyers. Naschitz Brandes Amir’s Sharon Amir,Einat Rosu, Noam Shualy, Amit Itach and Lihi Agababa. are representing the sellers.
