Vision Sensing Acquisition Corp merges with Israel’s Newsight Imaging Ltd

Vision Sensing Acquisition Corp (“VSAC”), a Nasdaq listed SPAC, is merging with Israeli optical sensor company Newsight Imaging Ltd., after which Newsight is expected to list on Nasdaq, with a combined value of USD 380 million.

Newsight develops advanced CMOS image sensor chips for 3D machine vision and spectral analysis, including for LIDAR laser sensors used in autonomous cars.

Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP acted as US legal counsel and Gross Law Firm GKH acted as Israeli legal counsel to Newsight in the transaction.
