IQVIA and Clalit Health Services have announced they will join together to launch the first Prime Site in Israel.
The alliance is expected to merge the respective expertise of IQVIA and Clalit in clinical trial delivery, real-world research and genomics, and establish a unique and innovative platform for the advancement of data science and technology.
Lipa Meir & Co. advised Clalit, with the deal led by co-head of Technology, Corporate and M&A Department, Gary Copelovitz , together with Clalit’s in house counsel, Attorney Vivian Grodberg.
