Categories: Projects & Energy
After a long-running saga in the Israeli gas sector, the Supreme Court in Israel has rejected one the largest class action in Israel – in terms of damages – that had been filed against the holders of the Tamar gas field, one of the country’s largest gas fields.
The class action related to allegations over the charging of an excessive price for gas supplied to the Israel Electric Company, which passed it to all electricity consumers in Israel.
Agmon advised the holders of the Tamar gas field, led by Zvi Agmon, Yonatan Kehat and Hanan Cidor.
