Israeli fintech company PayEm raises USD 200 million in credit financing from Viola Credit

Fintech company PayEm has raised USD 200 million in credit financing from Viola Credit, as well as USD 20 million in equity funding from Mitsubishi Financial Group, Collaborative Fund and others.
DLA Piper advised Viola Credit on providing the credit financing to the Israeli fintech company.
Founded in 2019, PayEm has developed a platform that automates finance processes from request to reconciliation, allowing global organizations the ability to manage non-payroll spend as needed. In September 2021, it raised USD 20 million in a Series A round, and also received USD 7 million in Seed funding a few months before that.
