NEVA SGR – the venture capital company of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group – has invested in
CoreTigo – Industrial Wireless Automation, a highly innovative Israeli company in the revolution of wireless deterministic communications for industrial automation.
Greenberg Traurig advised NEVA SGR, with the cross-border deal managed by shareholder Pietro Caliceti, together with Israeli shareholder Joey Shabot and Of Counsel Ephraim Schmeidler, and with our U.S. shareholder Cyril Brennan.
