Industry-leading Molekule to buy Aura Smart Air

Nasdaq listed Molekule Group has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Aura Smart Air, an Israeli-based company listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, in an all-stock merger with a value of approximately USD 10 million.
Molekule is an emerging leader in air purification technology solutions, and has the largest range of proprietary and patented, FDA-cleared air purification devices.
Aura was represented by Arnon-Tadmor, Levy Partners David Schapiro and Shiri Shacham and Shai Margalit with associate Or Perel. Aura will retain its technology development offices in Tel Aviv.

As part of the transaction, Molekule will be dual listed on Nasdaq and TASE.
