Philips Healthcare Imaging acquired Israeli company DiA Imaging Analysis.

DiA Imaging, developer of AI-software powered technology for improving heart ultrasound imaging analysis, was represented by Shibolet. Hi Tech partner Ofer Ben-Yehuda led the transaction with partners Dani Kariv, Inbal Marciano and associate Chen Nissim.
