FIMI Opportunity Funds, the leading private equity firm, has invested USD 60 million in Nasdaq-listed Kamada Ltd., a biopharma company and leader in the specialty plasma-derived field.
Naschitz Brandes Amir advised FIMI in a deal led by Sharon Amir, Senior Partner and Head of M&A, Tuvia Geffen, Head of International Capital Markets, M&A partner Adi Lahat and Golan Kaneti, Head of Antitrust & Competition.
FISCHER (FBC & Co.) and Morrison & Foerster LLP served as its legal advisors to Kamada.
Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano & Co., With Hamburger Evron represented the independent committee, established by the board of directors, to examine the transaction.
