Bank Leumi raised NIS 3.8 billion

Bank Leumi has raised NIS 3.8 billion as part of an expansion of existing series of bonds, as well as the issuance of a new series of commercial papers.
A huge demand of NIS 6 billion was registered but ultimately Bank Leumi raised a hugely significant NIS 3.6 billion from institutional entities.
Last January, Leumi raised half a billion dollars from entities abroad and in Israel by issuing COCO green bonds, which is to be used to finance green projects in a variety of fields.
