Canadian auto software company LeddarTech Inc. to merge with SPAC: USD 350 million valuation

Canada’s LeddarTech Inc. has signed a business combination agreement with Prospector Capital Corp., a publicly traded SPAC led by the former President of Qualcomm.

Upon closing, LeddarTech will become a publicly listed company, with an equity value of approx. USD 350 million.

Stikeman Elliot and Vedder Price are advising LeddarTech with Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano & Co., With Hamburger Evron as counsel to LeddarTech on the Israeli aspects of the transaction. team was comprised of Yael Benyair, Dan Sella and Atara Danino Yaul from the Corporate department, with the assistance of Nitzan Aberbach and Shay Dayan; Eran Lempert and Tal Alon on Tax, Eyal Birenberg on employment and Lior Etgar on Privacy.

LeddarTech is a Canadian company with a subsidiary in Israel called Vayavision Sensing Ltd, which develops and provides sensor fusion and perception software technology for autonomous vehicles and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).
