REALITY GROUP has raised its 5th value-add fund, Reality V

Reality Fund raised NIS 1.7 billion in the first phase of the fundraising round for its new private investment fund, in spite of the relative stagnation in the real estate industry.

Anchor investors include Migdal, Clal Insurance, Meitav Dash, Harel Investments, Amitim pension funds and teachers’ funds.
