Mobile app developer Fondue is sold to Postscript

Fondue has been acquired by Postscript – the leading SMS marketing platform for Shopify.

DLA Piper advised New York-based Fondue on the sale, while Fenwick acted for Postscript.

Co-founded by Israelis, Fondue is a developer of a mobile application designed to turn refunds into a growth channel for clients’ businesses, while Postscript is a developer of a marketing platform designed to connect with existing customers over SMS.

DLA Piper previously advised Fondue on its seed round investment in 2021.
