Shikun & Binui Energy Ltd., which produces electricity using natural gas and renewable energy sources, has issued NIS 750 million, despite the current challenges in the Israeli capital market.

Gornitzky acted for the company, with the transaction led by partner Sharon Werker-Sagi, together with attorneys Alon Shcher Ansky and Harel Tadmor.
