Clal Insurance issues NIS400 million and Mekorot issues over NIS620 million in bonds

Clal Insurance & Finance Enterprises Holdings Ltd. (TASE: CLIS) has completed the successful issuance of TASE traded bonds, for a total value of NIS 400 million. Clal Insurance Enterprises Holdings is one of the leading insurance and long-terms saving groups in Israel.
MEKOROT National Water Company has also successfully completed the institutional stage of raising tradable bonds. As part of the institutional stage, the company received a high demand totaling NIS 1.8 billion – three times the NIS 620 million raised.
